Whut is this business of people not reading Silver Phoenix? I must thrust my copy of it for them to read!! (And then hunt them down when they won’t give it back over the awesome. most likely)

I’ll check out melting season. Never heard of it before.

I’m the same as these other comments, I bow down to the awesomeness that is Silver Phoenix and Cindy Pon! I was hungry the whole time I read the novel for some Chinese food (which I had tonight!) and I loved the non stop action and how fearless Ai Ling was. And I want the sequel now please.

I’ll have to check out the Melting Season, I love reading about ballet dancers (as a former dancer). Good excerpts from both books

I too have never heard of The Melting Season, but I love love love Silver Phoenix! It was one of my top 5 in 2009!

I read Silver Phoenix the week it came out and loved it, but I’ve never heard of The Melting Season. I’ll have to pick that one up, thanks for the rec!
